We really hope that you are
happy with your purchase every time! If there is any manufacturing fault or
the item is “Dead on Arrival” or any color or size mismatches, we'll be happy
to "Exchange" or "Full Refund" or the same product provided
that it is in full as it is a condition as delivered. We do Also offer Quick
Replacement warranty for many products. We BIKERS SUPPORT BD have a
24 hours easy return policy for most of the items, however, specific
return periods may apply for certain types of items while certain items are
not returnable unless there is a problem with their quality. Unfortunately,
unless they are faulty or not as described, we are unable to offer a refund
or exchange for any non-warranty item. In any case if you do not
like the item or any other natural issue, the product can be
exchanged one time for FREE within 24 hours of your receiving the goods.
or when you pay the return delivery charge or bring the product to our
office. If it is required to change more than one time, then
additional charge 20% of the product value could be deducted. So,
we request you to choose the right product and triple check the product
details or call our customer support if needed before replacing it the 2nd
time. Note: If there
is any problem from our side, we will offer FREE returns or
else we will charge you for the return shipping and rest amount will be
refunded as per the above policy. 24 Hours will be calculated
from the date you received the goods. If you received the goods by courier or mail you must re send the goods within 24 hours by courier to return to our shop. Your courier receipt date will be treated as proof of return date. No
partial amount will be deducted while providing the refund to the
customer. our standard timeline for refund is 7 to 10 working days.
